Liennette ChungChung & Associates
Liennette started her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Los Angeles and later also spent time in the PwC office in Hong Kong. In 1999, Liennette joined Credit Suisse in their Risk Management Dept responsible over the credit health of the firm’s disciplines across Asia Pacific. She later formed Renaissance International Investments in Jakarta, Indonesia and served as one of its two key principals and positioned two private equity funds for investing in distressed assets in the Southeast Asia. Upon her return home to the US, she joined Global Imaging in 2005 and served as Senior VP and CFO for their flagship dealer for Southern California.
In January 2013 Liennette established Chung & Associates Inc., a consulting firm dedicated to assisting clients in building quality organizations. Liennette is a California Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds two Bachelor of Arts in 1) International Economics and 2) East Asian Language & Culture from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA).
Mark JenningsOTX Partners
With over 32 years of experience in the managed services industry, Mark Jennings has seen a lot of change. As a partner in one of the largest Managed Service Providers in New England, Mark held roles as a Network Field Engineer, Director of Network Services, vCIO, and Vice President of Sales. He guided his technical team through the evolution of a Novell-centric network world to the Microsoft dominated server model. Mark helped navigate his company through the transition from project based services to a full service Managed Services firm. He has mentored a sales force through the traditional on-premise sales process to value-added approach of a cloud services sale.
Most recently Mark held the role of Managing Director of the Washington D.C. metro market for a national MSP.
Throughout his career Mark has worked within the realm of the combined Managed Service Provider and MFP/ECM dealership. He has extensive experience in capitalizing on the ability to cross-sell MSP services into an established MPF/ECM client portfolio.
Through the years Mark has been involved in several best practices groups such as True Profits Group and Ingram Micro’s Venture Tech. Through this experience he has gained extensive insight into the practices of many MSPs across the country.
