Interest Analysis Behavioral Evaluation
Our proprietary Behavioral Evaluation improves the success rate in recruiting by matching an individual’s personality trait with the expected outcomes of the job candidate’s Success Profile. Our analysts focus on measuring a person’s drive and ambition, aggressiveness, sociability, ability to overcome resistance, behavioral energy and motivation. The outcome is a scientific measurement of a candidate’s “can-do” ability to perform in a specific role. The evaluation also prepares the recruiter with a list of inquiries to address with the candidate to determine the strength of their desire to work. Our process is proven to increase retention metrics by successfully selecting the right person for the right job.

Peer Group Meetings are scheduled annually to review financial benchmark results, best practices in building a quality company and current trends in the industry. Our two-day forums are designed for CEOs and executives (VP Sales, VP Service, IT, and CFO) to learn from others by sharing their personal challenges in their business and the action plans they have implemented to improve outcomes.
Contact UsTEAM Assessment Matrix
This is a modified management exercise of the former General Electric’s Jack Welch to stack rank your employees. Our approach begins with an assessment of every employee on the Performance Values Matrix. This is a TEAM exercise with company Senior Management to identify employees who need to be nurtured, trained, coached or released. One outcome of the day long seminar is that Rising Stars are identified as well as the Rebel Rousers with management developing actions plans for individuals in both groups.
Contact UsPerception Survey
This confidential all-employee survey provides candid feedback to company leadership about the health of the business culture. Performance benchmarks are established in the initial year for categories including: trust, communication, competitive strength, cooperation, creativity, leadership, morale, organization, problem solving and quality.
Contact UsSuccess Strategies and Generational Characteristics
This 4-hour seminar includes a personal assessment that provides every participant with an analysis of their personality. A 30-minute web-based survey reveals the strength of preference for perfection, control, stability and interaction. Participants first learn about their own personality characteristics followed by the social dynamics in a team work environment. The outcome is to appreciate self and to learn how to build bridges in effectively communicating with others. When combined with an understanding of Generational Characteristics of Baby Boomers, Gen X, Millennials and Gen Z, a company can improve teamwork and morale.

This planning conference is structured to run from noon to noon at an off-site location with the goal of gaining consensus on company priorities. Participants include Senior Management along with representatives from Sales, Service, and Operations to insure feedback from all precincts. Prior to the meeting, attendees submit to the meeting facilitator your company’s Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. Feedback is consolidated and shared to jumpstart the working session. Discussions lead to identification of problems/ opportunities, selecting the ones with the biggest ROI and prioritizing. This annual retreat is an important component in building a business plan for growth.
Contact UsHear what some of our clients have to say about us
This program has helped us figure out how to select the right person for the right job with the right team fit. We do a pretty good job of utilizing this process. While we can’t always be 100% accurate, this process is a lot better than most companies provide. We’ve been engaged with this company and their curriculum since 1986 and we have hired literally everyone in our current company through its unique selection process. Building Quality Companies will help you grow your company to whatever heights you want to reach to attain your goals. Our current company has grown over 30 times its size since 1993 by utilizing this program.

Dennis Aanenson
Owner, A&B Business SolutionsThe processes we’ve established, under the counsel of the Building Quality Companies (BQC), have essentially become the Datamax Way of how we recruit and how we motivate. We’ve learned to not only recruit the right people, but put them in the right position with the right relationship. Our managers understand what their role is, how they motivate, and build winning teams. BQC helps Datamax weave a cultural fabric that, I’m excited to say, has and will continue to stand the test of time.

Barry Simon
President, DATAMAXThe partnership that AIS has cemented with BQC has resulted in higher productivity through nurturing solid relationships. Building these solid relationships between our leaders and their teams has been instrumental to the success of our organization. This has resulted in two things that our competitors cannot duplicate and that is our quality people and our culture. You have changed ALL the lives and families at AIS to a very positive place.

Gary Harouff
President, AIS-NOWOut of all of the organizational changes, BQC and specifically the process used in Success by Selection might have had the biggest impact on our company in the past 10 years. Getting the right people on the team is the foundation for all other initiatives in the workplace.

Casey Lowery
COO, Applied ImagingWorking with the BQC curriculum and incorporating its methodology has enabled KnowledgeWave to hire for growth. BQC provides us with robust, reliable management processes and we rely upon our managers to adopt and implement the processes. Our hires are now perfectly aligned to employment profiles, and managers across the company have a clear process for ongoing employee development. The end result is motivated employees who align with our company goals.
